Stage Dive Series
by Kylie Scott

Every book in this series is a must read.  The first grabbed me and made me fall in love and then I couldn’t not know what happened with the other characters, each book seemingly better than the last. These each focus on a different couple and as such can be read as a standalone but I recommend reading from 1-3.

Thoughtless Series
by SC Stephens

For lovers of musicians, love triangles, and angst up the wazoo this book is for you!  I read this to the end but I was twist up inside the whole time.  You will hate the girl because it is hard not to.  I enjoyed the read and can understand the love for it but for myself I couldn’t continue on with the series because hot damn these people deserved a break.

“For almost two years now, Kiera’s boyfriend, Denny, has been everything she’s ever wanted: loving, tender, and endlessly devoted to her. When they head off to a new city to start their lives together—Denny at his dream job and Kiera at a top-notch university—everything seems perfect. Then an unforeseen obligation forces the happy couple apart. Feeling lonely, confused, and in need of comfort, Kiera turns to an unexpected source—a local rock star named Kellan Kyle.”

True Love Story
by Willow Aster

Oh my poor heart.  Twisted me up and spit me out.  This story absolutely gutted me and then put me back together.

“Growing up in an idealistic home, Sparrow Fisher is sheltered and innocent. When she meets Ian Sterling, a musician who is rising in popularity, she instantly falls for his charm. They run into each other over the next few months and eventually begin an unconventional relationship. At different places in their lives, Sparrow is off to college in New York, and Ian is traveling the country with the band. When they see each other, all seems wonderful and lighthearted, but when they’re apart, Sparrow is left to wonder if Ian really cares about her the way he says he does, or if she’s just another pretty face to him.
Once their relationship steadies, they’re both happier than they’ve ever been, and it’s hard to not get caught up in the magic they have together. Until something so devastating comes to light that threatens to shatter everything they’ve built with each other. ”

Sinners on Tour Series
by Olivia Cunning

Though I have not read all of these I did begin with the first and holy hell was it hot and erotic.  One thing I will note, the order of the books is a bit weird.  The publisher re-ordered the books after they were written from what I was told so it reads out of order now.  Each focuses on a different couple.

The Mighty Storm
by Samantha Towle

This is a second chance romance that is hot and sexy with some sweet mixed in.  That doesn’t stop this from having it’s angst and big time bumps in the road.  There are more in the series, but I have only read the first.  Interested to hear from others how the rest of the series is.

“Tru Bennett was just fourteen years old when her best friend and first love, Jake Wethers, moved from England to America and left her brokenhearted. Now twelve years later, Jake is the world’s biggest rock star, lead singer of The Mighty Storm and every woman’s bad-boy fantasy. Every woman, that is, except Tru.”

Book 3 looks to be focused on a different couple so possible stand alone status but could produce spoilers for earlier books.

Runaway Train Series
by Katie Ashley

This book (#1 Music of the Heart) is all about the story and the connection so don’t expect erotic steamy reads.  It was perfect just the way it was though and I thoroughly enjoyed it.  More in the series but can be read as a stand alone. I have yet to read the rest but after putting together this list I might have to.

“For Abby Renard, the plan was supposed to be simple—join her brothers’ band on the last leg of their summer tour and decide if she’s finally ready for the limelight by becoming its fourth member. Of course, she never imagined stumbling onto the wrong tour bus at Rock Nation would accidentally land her in the bed of Jake Slater, the notorious womanizing lead singer of Runaway Train. When he mistakes her for one of his groupie’s, Abby quickly lets him know she sure as hell isn’t in his bed on purpose. ”

The Hard Rock Harlots Series
by Kendall Grey

These are a series of stand alones but after the first you can’t help but want to know what will happen with each.  The first is funny and shocking, the second still funny and shocking but much more heart. Finally book 3 is actually much more subdued, less comedy, and still VERY Shocking.  Like the first part of the book makes you go “What. The. Fuck.”  Again you can read them out of order but I suggest you start at the beginning.

Devoured Series
by Emily Snow

Hot alpha rock star who knows what he wants and a young wardrobe consultant who bends to please everyone except him.  This was a great Rock Star read and I hated waiting for the final book but it was worth it.  Absorbed, the novella between the two was a sweet treat while I waited for Consumed. There is definitely a good reason for Mr. Wolf to be the way he is and when you find out you might gasp in shock like I did.  Same couple in the entire series, not stand alones.

Sweet Thing
by Renee Carlino

A chance encounter on an airplane that leads to one sweet romance that had me melting into a pile of goo.  Loved this story so very much.

“Mia Kelly thinks she has it all figured out. She’s an Ivy League graduate, a classically trained pianist, and the beloved daughter of a sensible mother and offbeat father. Yet Mia has been stalling since graduation, torn between putting her business degree to use and exploring music, her true love.”

How to Kill a Rockstar
by Tiffanie DeBartolo

While Paul was hard for me to connect with I still enjoyed the story telling and uniqueness of the story.  I had to put it down for a while as the angst got to be too much for me and I need to separate myself from the story a bit more.  The ending was interesting and unique and gave me the proper closure I needed.

Forever My Girl
by Heidi McLaughlin

A great read that is a second chance romance with a great twist that will leave you captivated and coming back for more. Loved this book.  Part of a series of standalone (I haven’t read the rest though).
